The Merck Access Portal can help answer questions about patient access and support, including insurance coverage for patients, reimbursement, co-pay assistance for eligible, commercially insured patients, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and referrals to the Merck Patient Assistance Program for eligibility determination.
Due to The Merck Access Portal enhancements, existing users, registered before 08/12/2020, are required to change their passwords prior to
